Yogis: who love to learn, breathe, move, and grow
Yoga teachers and other health and lifestyle professionals (e.g., fitness professionals, life coaches, massage therapists): a striking publication to educate, highlight, and promote the many gifts and talents you offer our community and the unique way you illumine-ate Chicago
Active adults: who are committed to a healthy lifestyle and to learning new ways of living better and stronger
Our friends and family: who support us, but may not understand our dedication and who may desire new self-care practices
